Crystal Healing
As a 2020 graduate of the Sage Goddess Crystal Masters training program, I am a certified Crystal Healer and utilize crystal healing techniques to work on raising my clients' vibration with the help of different crystals and stones.
Using the unique vibrational properties of different crystals can improve your wellbeing physically and emotionally.
Crystals have geometric patterns at the atomic level which make them excellent conductors of energy and frequencies. Each crystal has its own healing frequency that resonates consistently. This is why we utilize different crystals for different healing purposes - they have their own frequency pattern that interacts with the human body in a unique way.
I work with crystals that resonate with clients' individual physical and emotional needs to remove energy blockages, clear chakras, and address specific areas of concern. Crystals are placed on particular areas of the body, held during meditation, placed in areas around the home, or carried in pockets or a purse throughout the day to assist with healing. Some crystal healing methods can even be done from a distance.

What can you expect from a Crystal Healing Session with me?
We'll start off by talking about what's going on in your life and any imbalances that need to be addressed. I'll then check to see how your chakras are doing and which need some extra attention. Then I'll place strategically selected crystals on and around your body. If doing a distance session, I'll use different crystals at different times to send their frequency your way. During our session I'll utilize some sound healing and other vibrational techniques as necessary to help the frequency of the crystals do their work more efficiently. You will experience deep relaxation as we rebalance your chakras and energetic field.
