White Balsamic Vinaigrette
A simple dinner salad had me IN LOVE with this White Balsamic Vinaigrette so I figured out a good recipe to make at home.

On our last trip to cape cod we had dinner at this amazing Italian place called DiParma in West Yarmouth. Their house salad comes with a white balsamic vinaigrette dressing and it had me IN LOVE. So of course the moment we got home I had to figure out how to make it myself. This recipe is so easy, you just whisk the ingredients together and you're all set. The hardest part is finding the white balsamic vinegar, but I did find this great one on Amazon so I've GOT YOU!

This white balsamic vinaigrette dressing is great on pretty much any salad and I even love it on some fresh jersey tomatoes and avocado. One word of warning, good quality oils tend to solidify after too long in the fridge so you're going to want to use this in the first few days. If it does chunk up a bit just set it on the counter for a little bit and shake well, it should go back to regular consistency.

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk it all together, add any oil or S&P as necessary and enjoy!
